To better protect your privacy, we, Charlton Ear Care. and our affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, ‘Charlton Ear Care’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), provide this Privacy Policy explaining how we collect, use, and disclose Information (defined below) that we obtain about visitors to our website (the ‘Site’) and the products and services available through our Site. We also explain the choices you can make about the way your Information is collected and used through our Site or Services.
We collect, use and are responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the United Kingdom and we are responsible as ‘controller’ of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Minors
The Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
Data Controller
We are the Data Controller of the Personal Data you enter to create and maintain your account. We are also the Data Controller of the information which is disclosed to other services as Data Processors.
You are the Data Controller for content you choose to disclose on the Site in a review and for the personal data disclosed when you connect your Social Network profile(s) with our profiles.

Upon receiving your request, we will let you know what personal information we have about you and whether that data is portable.
